Im just writing this because the app keeps asking for a review and its annoying

Hard to navigate the app and never show you flight you have booked already, don’t make sense to have app if I can’t keep track of my flight ticket on app why bother getting app when you can get tickets online web not using app just makes things harder than it needs to be to and also don’t fails to load thing you want to see on app regularly

Keep getting errors which makes this worthless

The service that I booked for UTV ride from a night before which can’t provide us services but Orbitz can’t make it right to refund us. What’s a shame. My bank helped me out though.

Nothing special here. Room was clean but older and the Wall mounted HVAC made the usual racket. Shower was hot and bed okay. For the price and being close to the interstate it was a good stay, but it is still just an average motel.

You used to be able to apply orbucks via the app. No longer. Found hotels cheaper on the actual hotel sites.

Phenomenal team one of the best host apps out there.

Orbitz never refunded my ticket to Ireland when Covid suddenly hit.

Stop the pressure to use your site.. If I want to book a flight, I will… Allow me to clear my searches

I like Orbitz, but I have TSA and frequent flyer numbers in my profile, and they often don’t transfer over to the airline

I have an upcoming trip in about three weeks and when I go to the app to try to get the details the app just crashes. That doesn’t bode well for me in the airport when I need to show my tickets.

Not good

I can’t say enough about the convenience of making travel arrangements using the Orbitz app. Same day hotel arrangements while driving, or being able to see different options for flying nationally and internationally—the service is hard to beat. Also, my experience with advisors using the chat box heads been excellent.

Beware of great deals that are non-refundable NO MATTER WHAT.

Love this website It give the best prices and is one of the few long time services that actually works properly.

Low prices due to hidden cuts to things / like bags on transatlantic flights

I am a platinum member for many years. Spent thousands and thousands on orbitz and recently i noticed that i stopped receiving orbucks for my bookings. I called several times but no one helped me with this problem. After all I realised that all my reward history disappeared somewhere…

Chose to buy seats cost me extra money and never gotten the seat I requested so don’t wast extra money on the choice seats just go with the cheapest flight with no seats choice

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I recently booked a hotel stay for jan 30-feb 2nd and the hotel that they advertised ended up being so scetchy as someone who was 8 months pregnant I didn’t feel safe staying there so I cancelled my stay and booked else where. When I say scetchy the two workers I met had piercings in their lips and bright green hair and commented on my pregnancy and about how one of them had 8 kids and she said she was “busy”. The hotel said I would receive my refund in 3 days. 10 days later still no refund so I called Expedia about it and they said they couldn’t get ahold of the hotel and that a refund can’t be issued FOR A PLACE I DIDNT EVEN STAY AT! I’m livid. I do NOT recommend AT ALL. Absolutely not okay, they just want your money clearly.

These people cannot do their job if their life depended on it. Flight itinerary’s are butchered, you never get correct information, cancelations and delays are a nightmare to resolve (if they even get resolved), you are tossed back and forth between the airline and orbitz on the same issue getting no resolve. All round this is a garbage app and I highly advise anyone using it to buy flight insurance or better yet, DON’T USE IT AT ALL! Lastly, just because it’s a 3rd party broker does NOT mean cheaper. I found flights for 60% less flying direct. I will never use this app again. Save yourself the stress and money, seriously pathetic.

Not user friendly!!

Very easy to use the app and consider many options. Could go back and forth among choices without losing information. Easier and somewhat less expensive than booking flights and finding hotel separately.

Bough two flight tickets to travel to my hometown, a couple of weeks before, my mom passed away and I had to cancel my trip, didn’t help and i bought the insurance and they didn’t either, will never use them again.

This app is horrible and totally unhelpful!!!

It would be nice to provide a way to change information. My credit card has expired and it won’t let me update.

App is very Easy to use. Have been using the Orbitz app since 5 years and got the best rates and after sales service. Recommend strongly to future travellers.

The app is quite easy and straightforward to use. However, you cannot add itineraries to your phone calendar or Google calendar and neither can you email the itinerary to anyone. Surprising that such basic functionality is not available.

Requires me to sign in whenever I want to look at something, and then immediately signs me out without showing me the booking. Various features seemed to not load on first try.

I always book my vacation n hotel stays through this site. It’s very reliable n safe.

There’s too much going on in the app. I had canceled the flight and rebooked it. It ended up showing me my canceled flight making me think it was my current flight and I missed my current flight. They shouldn’t put so much advertising in so many different things they should make it simpler or more clean. I like orbits the website, but not happy with the app itself.

You have changes the layout for worst and the algorithm

Unbelievable. I was mislead to believe I had a water views. What I got was a room tucked in the corner and the only window looks over the laundry bins I blame Orbitz for this

Just a great travel app. Very easy to use and search trips. Huge deals if you just play around with times.

One main thing I was searching for in a Paris Hotel is its proximity to the gray landmarks of Paris and its proximity to the Metro subway. Maison Eugénie has all that and more. This quaint, boutique hotel had nice, cozy rooms with a lift (a bit tight so don’t bring many luggage’s) and a restaurant which offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Many nearby restaurants to choose from, a metro (Port Cardinet) and a mini supermarket all within walking distance. This hotel was our hub for taking the metro to Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, the Dinner cruises, and more. The Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. I certainly will return here now that I know my way around!

This app must be stuck on stupid. You get all the way to the end of your purchase and it freeze up and you can’t check out ALL the time for at least a year! Crazy

They buy good reviews to look good consistently do not trust this business. They are a scam and they have been told they are scam 10 times over by plenty of people be smart enough of a person to choose something else in order just specifically through the airlines.

Still not sure where the problem is, but I booked a flight yesterday, and have confirmation. When I go back to Orbitz app, it says no bookings found, despite entering confirmation #

I paid and it said card information error. I paid but it said card information error. But the airline still took the money.

I no longer feel like pulling my hair out when trying to plan a trip. The Orbitz app helps me wander through options and get my mind right. When I am ready to book I am comfortable that I have learned what I need to know and found the best flights and routing for us.

Horrible all around. Flight canceled due to weather is not Orbitz fault but when my credit doesn’t show up in the app nor on the airline site in the wee hours of the morning while I’m trying to get back for an important medical appt for my mom, and the tickets at $100+ more than I paid and they’re selling out while I hunt for my credit, yeah, I’d say my expensive can’t get ANY WORSE!!!!!

I have been using Orbitz for about 6 years and I never had a problem They are very good and affordable prices I did 3 international trips and many other quick trips in the states. Super easy and reliable!!!! 10/10

For whatever reason, when you search an area for a room using the map interface, the app will show you rooms in the area and their cost but then it says that the properties are not available during the times you have selected. What is the point of viewing places that are not available? It's really annoying and there is no filter to search available properties (probably because the travel dates should be that filter). Dumb app so I don't use it anymore
