Its my first time use it, very good one: convenient and quick!

They give good prices but you spend hrs trying to configure and are left with only the expensive flights a wast of time and effort.

I have tried almost every app there is. This one is my favorite. The customer service is very good too.

Great app! Smooth and fast booking

Well set up. Searches are fast and Orbitz prices are $100 less for flight Im taking.

The lack of this basic option makes this app useless unless you are from the USA

I picked my flight dates and when I confirmed the dates and then completed my payment method I found my return date was different from the one I picked and confirmed. I called customer service right away and they kept me on hold for an hour which my call was long distance. Customer service didnt switch to the correct date the orbitz website messed up with. They only offered to cancel the trip (which is mean I have to wait 5-10 business days to get the refund to my credit card and that wont allow me to buy the ticket I wanted because it large amount and my credit card wont cover it because orbitz wont refund the payment within 24 hours. Also few months ago, I had an emergency to switch my tickets dates and I have purchased the travel insurance for $120 and they claimed that will allow me to switch my ticket with out extra charges (but that was a lie) I end up paying $1300 for new ticket (one way) because it was cheeper for me from switching my old one, not to mention the 1 hour and 20 min on the phone which is over seas call($1.5 per min) that cost me to place this call with orbitz customer service. Worse website and customer service I have ever experienced.

I do love the app and the rewards, but wish it would prompt me for promo codes when Im in a rush and forget.

Was looking forward to using this app. Prices of flights looked incredible and upon checkout only learned that the prices were in US funds. If this app is available outside of US, app developers should consider a converter. Additionally, the multi-city function didnt work. It had to take me to my web browser.

There doesnt seem to be anyway to book a hotel and flight together like on the website. You have to choose either hotel OR flight in this App.

I really like orbitz, I rarely find a better deal on another website and the orbitz rewards is a great idea. I love the fact that they occasionally email you discounts once paying for your trip on another trip. The only thing I wish they had was an option to pay in Canadian dollars/ other currencies.

This app is so easy to use and cause absolutely no problem at this time. I use it frequently since I need to book planes for my two boys who work in Alberta and return to Montreal very often. Dont be afraid to try it... Best travel prices yet ...

Ive been using Orbitz far more often than one of their biggest competitors for the last year. The app is good but the value is the biggest reason I use it. The Orbucks are a nice bonus.

I have booked a flight from Alberta to Ontario and thought I saved $200. To find out they charged me American dollars which cost me more than going directly through Westjet. I also booked a hotel in Alberta and the invoice said CAN dollars but they charged my credit card American dollars. The app is misleading. Dont use the app if you plan on paying more money. When I called to cancel I couldnt cancel the reservation. So I was stuck with it. No refunds. Unbelievable.
