This app doesnt work and it doesnt let me book a flight please update because i need to get to my sons birthday and I dont wanna miss it

This app is very helpful specially if you are at frequently traveler !!!!!!!

I cant book round trip tickets for a trip longer than 3 weeks, therefor its useless for me.

This is nothing new in this type ofabout location because there are so many like this its hard to stand out in this doesnt do anything more special than any of the rest Airbnb in coach surfing a still of a better alternative to this type of application so Id stay away from it but if you really are hard pressed you might take a look

I have one request--when booking a hotel there isnt a place to add a special request. Other than that, the app seems functional.

Flights with a leg from 2 separate airlines still advertise "free cancellation within 24 hours." Except as soon as you book, that lovely notice disappears and sure enough there is a cancellation fee. Free does mean free except a cancellation fee. Just tell the truth to your customers, Orbitz. This must be the contribution of Expedia because Orbitz used to be straightforward and honest.

For years I have used Expedia and Travelocity, though I was constantly frustrated with the Bait and Switch tactics on airplane fares. I thought this was just a fact of life with online booking, until I started having problems with the other sites hanging, and also crazy prices with one-way fares, which Ive been having to book more frequently with my multiple college student offspring not knowing future term beginning and final schedules. I tried Orbitz and have never looked back. Ive never again had the experience of choosing an airfare only to be told when I get to the payment screen that that fare is no longer available and that I would now have to pay $200 more! The hotel information is good, mostly accurate, and I often pay very little as I can use points accumulated from airfares. I like the My Trips on the app to quickly check all my current and future bookings. I do wish that that would pick up the names I assign the bookings. It was also hard to input the frequent traveler information of all the family members I book for. Now that it is in, it works well. One should be able to change ones access name. The first trip I booked was for my son and Ive been him ever since. The promotions on hotels are a bit too frequent,for my taste, but they have worked about half of the time, for whatever I happen to be booking anyway. Im a fan. Theyve earned my business. I book about 30 trips/year.

Used it to book a flight and hotel abroad for best price. The "Orbucks" rewards, I was a able to use as a discount ($100+) towards a hotel booking eight months later, PLUS, use a promo code for another $130 off. I cant see it getting any better. Seriously. Cheers!

Usually has the lowest and best prices. I love the extra discount given w/Orbucks and promos.

If you like a buggy app that halts and hiccups when you press"book" than this app is for you. You can even get double charged. So much fun. Orbitz is horrible.

Bad experience with orbitz costumer service after many years thrusting this site for all my reservation flights and hotel reservations I just got turn down by a supervisor name Joy or somethings like that, after booking a hotel thru orbitz website and viewing pictures of this hotel villas in Kissimmee Florida call magical memories villas for a family and old friends reunion, we kind of like what we saw from the pictures and amenities and we all book this place hoping to have a great old time with our love ones, the reservation was for 4/01/16 today our first groups got to the hotel and checking first and got to there rooms, they notice how old and dated this place was no only felt dirty but the beds were very uncomfortable and they decided to compliant about it because what they saw on pictures was noting like it so they decided to cancel there villa and book another hotel near by or any better place to stay because of the conditions that this place was in, they had no problem to cancel because they book thru Expedia website and quickly got on there way to the other hotel and advise us to do the same so I call orbitz to cancel my stay and re book at the other hotel they were looking to stay, big surprise after speaking with three different persons and one supervisor name Joy and waiting for over one hour they told me that there policy will not allow them to cancel and refund the full amount because the reservation was already in place and there is nothing they can do the only way was to charge me one night and refund me the other which I refuse because my friends had no issue getting a refund from Expedia but since I was very confident about orbitz I was in shock off what they were saying and felt betrayed and robed at the same time, I was not expecting this treatment from orbitz after all this years off traveling using orbitz webpage I thought I was in the best hands for my traveling needs but I guess I was wrong,I hope someone from orbitz corporate will read this and serve there costumer better in this kind of situations,I got taken $404.00 from my bank account for something that was misrepresented on there website and I feel robed!!

I tried soo many different website to book a trip to cancun. If you name it, I probably tried it. I was looking for the best deal and I found it with Orbitz. They make everything swift and easy! The only negative things I can say are: I dont like the fact you cant do a payment delay, I found the perfect trip but I have to pay in full. That makes me want to use the bookit app because I can do a payment delay. The other negative is I was planning this trip in advance and on the app the dates you pick stop at a certain month. I was planning my trip for October and it stops at September, so I cant really use the app I just have to go online. But aside from that the Orbitz is a great app/website to use to plan your vacations!

Orbit is the Bomb!

If you use this app make sure you read EVERYTHING. Orbitz cost me about $3000. I was using this app and decided to call because I had questions. I ended booking through an agent who neglected to tell me it was 100% non anything. Meaning if I changed anything it would void everything. Their excuse was that I did not log on and read the fine print myself AFTER I purchased the package. I contacted the hotel direct who were kind enough to refund 1/2 the trip but Orbitz declined to help. Bottom line: do it yourself. Orbitz are nothing more than incompetent thieves.

I use this app very frequently to search and book hotels and flights. It also gives me extra Orbucks! I can also apply coupons and redeem Orbucks from the app itself.

Needs 3 things (maybe only 2, but I couldnt find it at this time) 1. Option to select what type of seat you want to get (I.e. Economy or business class) when you are looking for a flight. 2. Personal profile tab to easily update profile and credit card info. Not available to edit info unless you are actually booking a flight. 3. Option to add FPO military addresses to personal profile address. Being stationed overseas, credit card address is an FPO address, so that would help with maintaining a profile. Other then that, this app is great and simple to use! Great job!

Easy to use app, everything you need in one place... Flight, hotel and car!!

This app was so easy to use. I loved the flow and the ease of navigating back and forth between locations. I especially appreciate the fact that the numeric keypad pops up at all the right times. Simple pleasures but yet very convenient!
