Do not use this company. I have had numerous problems and additional charges with them. Go directly to the carriers site. Its cheaper and safer. Plus they dont have a massive rebooking fee

I still use the desktop version quite a bit but iOS is just too buggy and feature free. Why cant we export trips to iCal or any other cal program? Get it together Orbitz!

I have been using Orbitz mobile app for years, the new update is very user-friendly and made my transaction easy to pay with Apple wallet feature, thank you!

Just doesnt work. I put in the search info and it shuts down - every time.

Early versions worked fine, but this latest version is ridiculously unusable. Basic features like booking a one way flight are impossible to find or figure out, and when the app doesnt like something you did it gives you no clue WHAT its choking on. The clueless morons responsible for the UX obviously never bothered to simply watch real users attempt to do simple, familiar tasks. FAIL!!

Ive been using this ap for a long time with excellent reliability but for some reason it has changed. When search criteria is loaded, it crashes before providing results every time. It works fine on my iPhone but I finally had to remove it from my iPad. Please work out the bugs. This was my go to travel ap.

The app is perfect. I booked flights, hotels and cars with reasonable prices. Easy to use and easier to remind the details... absolutely recommend it

Cant rent a car on app. Seriously?

I am a long time Orbitz user. This has to be the worst app on the internet. No option to select First or Business class seats. Difficult to separate non stops from other flights. Ive never seen an app get progressively worse with each update. I even contacted Orbitz web support and they acknowledged the problem but couldnt offer any help or solution. Pathetic

Worst company ever! We got to the hotel and Orbitz did not book it. It Took over two hours on the phone with their crap support. I had to re-book the hotel onsite and wait a week for a partial orbits refund. They sent me a $75 coupon for my troubles. To use the $75 you click a link that doubles all their prices making the coupon worthless!

Overall, I like Orbitz. Use it frequently. But needs to start accepting Apple Pay. Feels much more secure than storing my credit card info in their database. Remember Sony!

I downloaded it because there was an ad in the App Store with a promo code. It wont let me login to my existing account, wont let me make a new account and wont let me use the promo code which is the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place. I expected more from a reputable company like this but since its garbage I will be deleting it and finding someone else to use.

Website is great..but App is trash! Confused about how to choose class of travel and coach or first class smh

So booking a package is no longer possible? I only get hotels and flights and even then booking together either is not an option or in no way clear.

Ive been using this app for almost 4 years now. It is my favorite to book hotel, flight and cars. Highly recommended

I have been adding a new credit card over and over and was never saved in to my account. I did it on My computer too. This is really annoying. Pleas fix this flaw.
