Disappointed, where is the car rental ? On iPad app. Go to web site much better

Currently blocked out of using the App which allows for a $25 coupon code. App link directs to a webpage that no longer exists but deal is good till Dec., 2016 and App should be good forever. Very frustrating and sketchy. No chat option for customer service is a major inconvenience and email takes 24 hrs. I dont have time to jump on a phone call. CS agents are indeed polite but with heavy accents and are def aloof and "powerless" in helping. And, shopping often results in hotels u showed interest in all of a sudden taking a major price hike - I may be overly suspicious but wouldnt put it past them to watching our searches/interests and pricing accordingly. If it werent for their rewards program and discounts I would not use them.

I booked a trip through the Orbitz app and it was so easy. So easy that I waited a few days to make sure I didnt miss a step or two. The trip to Hawaii was amazing! We had front seats to all events, we were given the best service possible, and when things didnt work out, we got a refund. I cant wait to book my next trip through Orbitz.

Please get on it asap. Need to book multi city flights on the app instead of the website. Had booked hotels through app many times w/no problems.

Beware, unable to cancel anything within the free 24 hour period. The desktop site doesnt allow for it either.

Needs multi-city flight search and planning. Flight search and booking process very disappointing. I used to use this app at least once a week to book air travel. Not nearly as user friendly as it used to be.

This app used to be good. Now it is garbage. Hotels and flights sit in the spinning wheel of nothingness for an eternity when you try to book them. Parts of my trip no longer appear under "my trip." And some flights were priced over a hundred dollars on the app higher than the same flight through other sources. I used to use this app daily as Ive been traveling abroad for months. Now Ive just about given up. Whatever changes you guys made are terrible.

This app is totally unusable! It shut down every time I try to perform a hotel search! The updates recently have just made it worse and worse. Whoever is doing the updates is failing miserably!

Ive been going to Orbitz for several years, and its a treat to use! Its fast, convenient and generally the best prices come up. Ive forgotten to use it a couple of times, and the added complications have been frustrating - so back to Orbitz!

Your n w app is so disappointing. In the past you were my go to travel app. Now I end up so upset I may not just delete your app altogether. It is very difficult to get one way pricing.

After writing my review this crazy thing told me that there is already someone with my ID and so it just closed and I lost everything I wrote. I wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out how to book a round-trip flight and all he gave me was 1way!!

I loved the older app. Was functional and intuitive. This new one seems to have been dumbed down to bare minimum functionality. Cant select seats for flights anymore? Cant update saved cards on file? Had to go to the web to do these things. Seriously. Orbitz Light app. Sad.

The worst travel agency on the market. Do not use the Orbitz flights, Orbitz App, or anything related to them. The worst customer service that I have ever seen. After 2 hours, multiple contacts from a international phone call, which they dont have a free toll for a international number and dont even care about refund you about waiting on the phone and transfer you multiple times. The employee that have no idea how to resolve a problem, simply F.UP my life doing a mistake, after apologizing and another long wait on the phone transferring me to someone that probably is an actual employee, they recharge my credit card and gave me a $30 dollars discount to use towards hotels in the future. Really?! I didnt event booked a hotel with them. Was a international flight with Orbitz. At that point I just wanted my refund, that they keep insisting about charging a absurd fee for their mistake. keep away from them! Dont use Orbitz for promotions. Dont use Orbitz for Flights Dont use Orbitz for hotels Dont use Orbitz for coupons Now I am stuck on a foregingn country trying to buy another ticket from a different company. If they have a good review, its a lie. Just check their Yelp.

Its convenient on the go, i love the Orbitz bucks! I wish there were option for booking multi-cities on flights. My friend undated to new version of the apps, its more complicating, so I keep the old version

I have used orbitz for years and have been generally satisfied. This latest app is frustrating and virtually unusable. After fighting with it for over an hour for a simple airlines reservation, it would not process the reservation. Called Orbitz support and a nice young lady made the reservation after about another 15 minutes of work. Still do not know why it would not process reservation from the app. Try another option until they get this app bug free - or at least usable.

I downloaded the app and was prepared to book a room, but decided to check the online website...where I noticed rates more than $10 - $20 cheaper. WTH?
